Canada has several different types of work permit based on your occupation and your reason for entering the country.

WHAT A CANADIAN WORK PERMIT SHOWS:-

WHAT TYPE OF WORK PERMIT DOES CANADA HAVE?

2 Types of work Permits Canada has to offer depending on your qualifications and occupations your job fall under 2 different categories of work permits. There are 2 main types of Wrok Permits, the

a) Open Work Permit-LMIA
b) Employer Specific Work Permit

A) OPEN WORK PERMIT:-    An open work permit is issued by the immigration office to immigrants who wish to work for any employer for a certain amount of time.

There are 2 sub categories for open work permit (owp) unrestricted and restricted permits. The main difference between the 2 is that unrestricted permits allow you to work in any occupation and location, while the restricted does not.

The restricted permit allows you to work in a specific job and thus give you as much freedom of move to work in different areas of canada.

WHAT IS A BRIDGING OPEN WORK PERMIT?

There is a special Work Permit that lets you work in Canada while you wait for Permanent Resident application results. Normally, you can qualify for this specific permit if you have applied under any of the following Permanent Residence Programs.

a) Provincial Nominee Program
b) Federal Skilled Trades Class
c) Canadian Experience Class
d) Caring for Children Class, or
e) Caring for people with high medical needs Class

There are also certain requirements you must meet to apply. You must apply if you already living in Canada. If your Work Permit is expiring within 4 months of if your Work Permit is still vaild.

You should also know that if you had any employment restrictions on your Work Permit, you cannot apply under PNP.

Quebec also has its standards and does not offer a bridging oprn Work Permit to applicants.

B) EMPLOYER -SPECIFIC WORK PERMIT:- Employer-Specific Work permits with Labour Market Impact Assesment (LMIA) Exemtions (International Mobility Program).

POLAND:-

WORK PERMIT FOR POLAND:-

It takes 45 days to 2 months for us to get one’s work permit specially under his or her name for working in one of the companies in poland after receiving the invitation letter from the employer.

This document will allow one to apply for a work permit. On this basis one can come to poland and he or she will be able to travel throughout the whole schengen zone in europe which has 26 countries. Once you arrive in poland you can switch jobs and work for another employer using this work permit.

We will provide one with all the required services throughout the whole procedure. We offer both white and blue colour jobs in poland. For white colour jobs polish language is mandatory for the foreign applicant. Based on the work permit we provide temporary resident card or (trc) to the candidate which helps the candidate to live and work legally for an additional two years. Then the candidate becomes eligible to apply for pr and finally becomes eligible to further apply for a citizenship status in poland.

What is a Portuguese work permit?

Once you have found employment, your employer will apply for a Portuguese work permit ( Autorização de Trabalho ) to the Portuguese Labour Authorities, if the job is longer than three months. Once a job contract or work permit is approved, non-EU nationals need to apply for: a Portuguese work visa, if their nationality requires a visa to enter Portugal or employment is less than six months. a residence permit, if they plan to work in Portugal for long-term. The type of residence permit you need will depend on the basis on your employment.

What is a Portugal work visa?

The work visa in Portugal is called the Residence Visa and is for highly skilled professionals that will work inside the country for at least one year.

UKRAINE WORK PERMIT:-

BUSINESS IN UKRAINE CAN HIRE FOREIGN EMPLOYEES:-

According to Ukraine legislation on employment, foreign citizens can be employed in Ukraine by locally registered companies as well as individual persons (Ukraine citizen or a foreign national who lives in Ukraine based on a temporary/permanent residence permit) in cases when the respective position does not require Ukrainian citizenship and does not require access to the state secrecy.

The following documents are required when filing a work permit application in Ukraine:-

A) Application For Work Permit
B) Passport Copy With Personal Details (With Certified Ukrainian Translation)
C) Colour Picture Of An Employee 3.5*4.5sm
D) A Copy Of The Draft Employment Agreement, Certified By Employer
E) Documents Confirming Powers Of The Representative Of The Employer For Application On Behalf Of The Employer (Poa Appointment Order Etc)
F) Depending On The Nature Of Employment, Additional Documents May Be Required.
I) For Persons Who Are Applying As Creative Professionals-certified Copies Of The Documents Evidencing Copyright And Related Rights.
Ii) For Persons Who Are Applying As Graduates Of Top 100 Universities-copies Of Documents Certifying Higher Education Of Such Candidate.
Iii) If Foreign Individual Was Sent To Ukraine By Foreign Employer For Execution Of Specific Scope Of Work Under Agreement, Concluded Between Ukrainian Company & Foreign Company, A Copy Of Such Agreement Will Be Required.

FILING PROCEDURE:-

Once ready, the work permit application along with supporting documents must be filed with local authorities of the state employment service of Ukraine or a center of provision of administration services (tsnap) at the location of the company which is employing the foreign individual.

PROCESSING TIME:-

Up to 15 working days.

ISSUING PERIOD:-

Work permit is issued for the term of employment under employment agreement but not longer than 3yrs. Work permit can be renewed unlimited number of times.

APPROVAL:-

Temporary residence permit (trc) may be required after securing the work permit.

FAMILY MEMBERS:-

Family members can join upon approval of the applicants work permit.

DUBAI:-

Any foreign expat, who is not a use national requires a residency visa to live and work in Dubai. The residency visa then allows employees to obtain a work permit or labor card, issued by the ministry of labor.

APPLYING FOR A RESIDENCE VISA:-

In order to get a work permit, the employee must first be granted a residence visa, which is typically valid for a period of 3yrs. There are different types of residency visas. The documents required for a residence visa include.

A) An Application Form, Completely Filled Out.
B) Several Passport Size Photographs, Specific Photograph Requirements For The Application.
C) Employee’s Original Passport With A Copy.
D) Copy Of A Valid Company Card.

H) Entry Permit Issued By The Ministry Of Labour.

MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR RESIDENCE VISA:-

The medical check includes a chest x-ray and blood test to check for certain communicable disease such as covid-19, hiv/aids, leprosy, hepatitis, tuberculosis.

POSITIVE RESULT ON ANY OF THESE TESTS WILL RESULT IN A DENIAL OF THE RESIDENCE VISA AND IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION.
